From there, you'll receive three personalized quotations with different options, along with professional recommendations. You stay in control, while we provide clear, trustworthy guidance to help you make informed decisions that protect what matters most.

Valid Identification – This can be a Driver’s License, Passport, or Permanent Resident (PR) Card. Void Cheque or Direct Deposit Form – Ensures your payment details are securely recorded once your policy is approved. If the insurance provider requires any additional documentation, I’ll notify you promptly so we can avoid delays in processing your application.
Your time and trust are important to me, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to apply for multiple policies based on your needs and goals. The more coverage you have, the greater the peace of mind—for both you and your loved ones.
Each policy is a promise: it’s designed to step in and protect your family financially when you’re no longer able to. Whether it’s life insurance, critical illness, or disability coverage, layering protection ensures you're prepared for life’s uncertainties.
I’m here to guide you through the process and help you choose the right combination of policies that align with your future plans. Let’s build a safety net that truly works for you.
Yes, you can update your personal information—such as your name, address, or contact details—by submitting the required documents and signed forms. I’ll guide you through the process to ensure everything is handled smoothly.
As for policy details, changes are typically allowed within a limited window—usually within 10 days of purchase. After that period, modifications may not be possible, and in some cases, a new application might be required. This depends on the specific policy and provider guidelines.
If you ever need to make an update, I’ll do my best to inform you promptly and help avoid any delays.
Life insurance is designed to provide financial protection to your loved ones after your death. Here's what it typically covers:
Death Benefit: A tax-free lump sum paid to your beneficiaries when you pass away.
Income Replacement: Helps your family maintain their lifestyle by replacing lost income.
Debt Repayment: Can be used to pay off mortgages, loans, or credit card balances.
Education Costs: Supports your children’s future education expenses.
Final Expenses: Covers funeral costs and other end-of-life expenses.
Estate Planning: Helps with taxes or leaves a legacy to heirs or charitable organizations.
Some policies also offer living benefits, such as access to funds in case of terminal illness or critical health conditions.
The payout process is straightforward but must follow a few steps:
Claim Filing: After the insured person passes away, the beneficiary contacts the insurance company to file a claim.
Documentation: Required documents typically include:
Death certificate Completed claim form Possibly medical or coroner’s reports, depending on the policyProcessing Time: Once all documents are submitted, the insurer usually processes the claim within a few days to a few weeks.
Payout Options:
Lump Sum: Most common—one-time payment to the beneficiary. Installments or Annuities: Some insurers offer monthly payments or structured payouts.Beneficiaries can use the funds however they choose—whether for immediate needs or long-term financial planning.
Mortgage Term Protection
Purpose: Specifically designed to pay off your outstanding mortgage balance if you pass away.
Beneficiary: The lender or bank is typically the direct beneficiary—not your family.
Coverage Amount: Declines over time to match your decreasing mortgage balance.
Flexibility: Limited—only covers the mortgage, no extra funds for other expenses.
Ownership: Often tied to your mortgage provider, meaning you may lose coverage if you switch lenders or refinance.
Life Insurance (Term Life)
Purpose: Provides a fixed lump-sum death benefit to your chosen beneficiaries, which they can use however they need.
Beneficiary: Your family or loved ones—you choose who receives the payout.
Coverage Amount: Remains constant throughout the term of the policy.
Flexibility: High—can be used for mortgage payments, living expenses, education, debt, or savings.
Ownership: You own the policy independently, giving you full control regardless of your mortgage status.
